Focus of this workshop is basic navigation of PDP.  Includes discussion of data sources, user account types, and report creation. Session is intended for users who have never used PDP.

PDP Fall PEIMS Review
Focus of this workshop is the Fall PEIMS data submission. Workshop will include discussion of student special population coding. We will create custom reports to verify fall data as well as accountability reports which use fall PEIMS data.  Session is intended for district PEIMS personnel.  Requires loading preliminary fall PEIMS File.

PDP Dropout Recovery / At Risk Review
Focus of this workshop will be detailed discussion of Completion/Dropout/ Graduation Report and PBMAS indicators pertaining to special population graduation rates will be reviewed. Suggested methods of utilizing the data and best practices for campuses to recover students will also be discussed.   Session is intended for district staff responsible for at risk populations and or dropout recovery.

Focus of this workshop will be on PEIMS and assessment data collected pertaining to the bilingual/ESL student population. Specifics include discussion of the LEP Services Survey Report, Bilingual/ESL ADA Report, and PBMAS reports pertaining to bilingual/ESL.  Custom reports will be built using bilingual/ESL specific data.  Session is intended for district staff responsible for student populations receiving bilingual/ESL services.

Focus of this workshop will be on Mid Year PEIMS data.  Also included will be a review of personnel related records from the Fall submission. Custom reports will be built. Session is intended for district staff responsible for business functions and human resources.

PDP Using  “On PAR”
Focus of workshop will be discussion of how On Par works, including discussion of data sources and release dates, District and Campus Report building, how PEER groups are built and suggestions for best practices using on Par. Intended audience, district and campus administrators interested in comparing district data to other Texas peer districts.
