Have you seen the new Retention Report in PEIMS Data Plus?  Users can now easily produce a list of retained students organized in almost any manner. Filters for the report include Campus, Grade, Gender, Special Population and Ethnicities.   Additionally, a list of retained students that meet a certain filtered criteria can be generated and any combination of data from PEIMS to TAKS can be added. The Retention Report is calculated by comparing each student’s grade level as submitted in the Fall PEIMS submission (110 Record) to the most recent attendance record (400 Record) from the prior school year.

PDP Users will find the new report on the STUDENT tab in the STUDENT CUSTOM REPORTS box.
